Position Description

As an Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Assist the Compliance team in the local and state regulatory permitting process
  • Develop and maintain a recordkeeping system related to regulatory compliance
  • Provide support in development of internal training
  • Evaluate and apply environmental, local, domestic, and international regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive energy management strategy
  • Develop and implement sustainable energy tracking information using the existing EIS and BMS system

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self motivated and an ability to multi task
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
